Energica motorcycles can be recharged through the outdoor charging stations or at home. Equipped with an onboard battery charger with a cable interface on the charging station or remotely via Bluetooth connectivity. All charging parameters can be displayed directly on the dashboard or remotely via bluetooth connectivity. The vehicle’s on board charging socket is equipped with automatic locking device cable.

Energica Motor Company S.p.A. joins CharIN e.v, a registered association founded by mayor manufacturers and suppliers for the electric automotive industry. Energica is the only manufacturer of electric motorcycles to join the Association.

The primary aims of CharIN e.v. are:

• To develop and establish the Combined Charging System (CCS) as the standard for charging battery-powered electric vehicles of all kinds
• To draw up requirements for the evolution of charging-related standards and develop a certification system for use by manufacturers implementing the CCS in their products
• To promote the CCS standard worldwide
